Nah, Espers get stronger too remember what Psykos and Fubuki talks about it. Tatsumaki also like to train in open space. Metal Bat boosts are temporary and will reset to his original stats.

You are ignoring an important fact: none of his punches has caused significant damage to Void. All it shows is that he is a skilled fighter. Released Boros and Pre-Serious Punch Cosmic Garou were also tossing Saitama around, does this mean they are stronger than Saitama?

Not what I'm trying to say. Tatsumaki was also tossing Saitama around, but I have yet to see anyone use that as an argument to claim they are strong/stronger or that Saitama couldn't just stomp them (not that I'm saying EV can absolutely beat Blast, but I'm saying that argument means nothing when EV is perfectly fine and has no visible damage after taking all those punches).
Boros is still alive to kick Blast ass and show his brother (Boris) that he hasn't reached his level yet

I would imagine so, he did turn Ace into a donut from what I know.
I'm just curious how Fuhrer's biology works and why he was able to turn into a semi-goo monster inside Gum's stomach. Would something similar have happened if Evil Natural Water tried to swallow him and he burst free? Or was that a one off? I wonder

FU turned into a "semi-goo monster" because he was shalloweed, covered and since he also did spit it most likely he also drinked acid, surviving by pure resistance of his body enduring the acid.

That said, I think I've only ever finished Emerald with cheats, lol.
I mean, it was a Nuzlocke, and the cheats I used were the "Infinite Rare Candies to get you to the necessary level without gaining EVs" cheat, and the "go to all the cool islands and catch cool legendaries in the Postgame" cheats, but still.
