So if Saitama Fought a Jupiter Buster , does that mean Saitama got stronger after Fought with Boros?

Doesnt change the fact that he could:

1.withstand Saitama's consecutive punches for far more time
2. Didnt got turn into paste immediately
3. Only got truly damaged several seconds later, so he didnt need to regen until that point, and there is no showing that he did before

That what I mean, He used Serious Punch so he doesn't much holding back because Saitama have predict what would happened if he just playing around, Saitama doesn't know what Garou would did so he did holding back so much.

Because Garou didn't use a tactic to attack the planet. Although the Planet suffered, he did not take a Vegeta like Boros

I haven't done anything yet, I'm waiting for some English/Spanish translations to be sure that I calc the feat properly (there are statements about the earth expanding and the dimensional seal being broken; Расширяется ли планета? Я не совсем понимаю)

It won't take long for some new calculation that puts Boros up even saitama. Since Boros only lost because he was holding on so no one would find out he's the strongest of dimensional warriors
 
If the dimensional thing is shaken by the energy produced by Garou himself and not as a byproduct of Garou punching the Earth, then he can scale above Boros, because Boros' attacks were limited to the ship he was in, he didn't get to hit the ground.

That's why Saitama doesn't Holding back so much as when he against Boros. Because he don't know the treath but he know Garou's motivation, leaving aside the matter of who's stronger than who. Fact that Saitama doesn't want to Kill Garou make him holding back.

If we go by that kind of thinking Saitama was also not to kill Boros, otherwise he would be dead with a hit. Saitama wanted to enjoy the fight

Anyway, let's go for the facts guys

Boros' scaling remains the same, Garou's getting not only a higher AP, but already has higher speed and is getting a higher LS, this whole debate is completely and absolutely pointless unless the new Boris guy pulls some crazy and unlikely scaling next chapter, until then, Garou is superior in every way by the normal and direct feats currently on the manga

I just hope Blasts nukes Garou next chapter
 
I like how the best feats in the Verse were preceded by terrible Anti-Feats.

Garou blitzing S-Class and MA Cadres with a Subsonic feat —> Performs a FTL feat in the following chapters

Garou is impressed by 7-A durability —> Surpasses Boros and actually makes Blast and his squad worried in the next chapter
