Anyway, speaking of the cadres and gouketsu earlier, I'm on the side of possibly higher for r all the cadres, as while it is likely that EC does scale to gouketsu, there's nothing solid enough to justify even possibly 7-A, it gets into a lot of speculation.

Unless everyone wants to assume all the Cadres are 7-A. Then the S-Class likely scale to them or whatever. Would Orochi be up scaled to baseline High 7-A via being superior to Gouketsu's 7-A+ feat?

Yeah, but like I said earlier, both ‘possibly higher’ and ‘possibly 7-A+‘ would be from scaling to Gouketsu. If you’re scaling to someone with a concrete tier, why wouldn’t you also have that tier?

And I don’t particularly see why Orochi would need to scale to Gouketsu when he has his own High 6-C feat.

I think 7A makes sense , cadres being 7A means no one can beat orochi and BS turning into GS and becoming a 6C equal to orochi would fit right with statements so does the original idea of S class heroes ganking up on orochi if they were 7A .

One could argue for their rating to be: 7-A (As a Cardre, they should be comparable to Gouketsu) . But it's still iffy

The databook for season 2 is even iffier than the one from season 1. It has quite a few mistakes and straight up falsehoods.

Homeless Emperor could scale to Gouketsu’s AP, as Psykos considers him and Black Sperm working together a team that “can defeat anyone!”, although of course her statement wouldn’t apply to hero characters she doesn’t know the limits of, it could apply to the monsters she has studied and had under her command for ages.

As for Tatsumaki’s peak someone mentioned ago, she could still get stronger. We have to remember she’s being forced to hold back and restrict her AOE damage this entire arc because of the other heroes and her sister. If she was allowed to let loose and wasn’t weakened and exhausted already she could probably clap her hands and just turn cities into sandwiches.

Yeah, she can definitely fold cities with full power. The idea that we'll rarely see the full destructive power of these heroes is sadly not a new one, it's true for everybody strong. Doubly so for Tatsumaki- we can't extinct all life on earth with the spear of god now can we.

Honestly, I think that there will eventually just be people stronger than Boros on Earth tbh, even than his CSRC.

Isn't even threat level God, you mean?

I'm sure Boros would have been declared Threat Level God if A) the Hero Association knew about it B) they figured they had no way to deal with it.

The threat to humanity aspect is flexible if the HA knows certain heroes (Tatsumaki, Saitama, Blast) could negate the damage continental, multi-continental or whatever attacks you could do... I think the threshold for Disaster Level God, more than being able to destroy humanity with a few attacks if uninterrupted, is being able to beat Tatsumaki. If you can do that, they'll bring out the label "God" and call Blast. Although in all fairness, it will probably be too late because the monster may just exterminatus the planet while they're copy-editing the disaster level.

Maybe, but if the Garou = Boros still holds up, which I think it will likely since I don't think Garou will perform a feat that exceeds 100 petatons, then nah.

I hope Orochi survives this, because goddamn and I'll say it again, they really do be disrespecting my boi.

Psykos seemed to be specifically referring to the S-Class heroes when she said that though.
