Drive Knight fuses with Genos and states their power output would go to the max, genos max scaling to giant girl (forgot name).
This is also supported by the power output making his core nearly explode no different than 10s mode.
The jetgirl tanked this attack being his strongest output and atomic could harm said girl as well.

Hell. No. We are not scaling Atomic Samurai and by extension the characters on par with him to 5-C. Plus Psykorochi was heavily weakened and Atomic slashed them.

Their power would maximize. This power being capable of scaling to Giant girl.

Simple reading dictates she scales that high. You have not refuted that notion or even addressed it at all.

If I were to argue against it then I'd say, in the scan you sent, Drive Knight says he is on low power and says specifically, "i intend to combine through coalescing our energy cores to maximise our power output", he never says specifically "I will access your maximum power Genos" but instead says that by combining our powers we can maximise our power output.
This could mean three things:
1. Maybe by fusing, low power Genos and low power Drive Knight could access their fullpower
2. By fusing, Genos and Drive Knight will do more damage then if they were to individually attack Psykorochi
3. Fusing would output more power than if Drive Knight where to pump energy into Genos and vice versa

Going by the consistency of all the events going on, due to Psykos being weaker, it makes more sense for Drive Knight to be referring to option 2 or 3 of what I said because Jet Psykorochi is massively weaker than Giant Psykorochi so she shouldn't be able to tank an attack from her former self.
Plus it's kind of weird to scale jet Psykorochi to Giant Psykorochi via tanking an attack that is Giant Psykorochi level.
It's like scaling Super Saiyan Goku to Ultra Instinct Goku because Super Saiyan Goku tanked an attack that is meant for Ultra Instinct Goku
