BS doesn't have regeneration. He just replaces lost areas with other cells. He's more like the Creeper than he is Jason Voorhees or Wolverine.

Genos was fast enough to react to DSK's speed, so he'd scale to his own arms speed anyway.

Sonic never avoided a beam blast afaik
I think the only time he really like, dodged it after it fired was when he was restrained on that tree. But even then he moved a far smaller distance than the beam did.

Neither image works on my end. But as a note Genos can cause AoE explosions without using his beams.

Like ByAsura said the only blatant case would be Elder centipede when it blocked a beam for Phoenixman.
Awakened cockroach managed to escape a point blank incineration while his feet were glued to the ground, but he has precog and only needed to move like a few meters to escape before the blast radius expanded.

Do you guys think this is valid? Also who would scale to it if it is? Only ones I can think of are Sonic, Ninja Bros and Awakened Cockroach. Possibly Metal Knight as well.

if anythings this is supposed to be genos catching him off guard rather than garou aim dodging, also we see cracks in the ground and stones being pushed aside implying "the glow" is moreso the actual beam being fired.

can we talk about how garou copying abilites are like waaaaaaay beteer than before , now he just needs to take a glimpse at a martial art to learn and use it and on top of that being litearlly able to copy his enemies moves the first time they do them when they trying to hit him with it like he did with bomb and bang ...like its litearlly insane

It only really mentions that Garou can copy styles and techniques though it does note that he copied Whirlwind Iron Cutting Fist after only witnessing it once.
