Yes it would, as not only would that be enough velocity to practically destroy the earth (same way a needle traveling at insanely high ends could make an insanely big explosion) but it makes no sense considering my 2nd point.

2. Just because the bubbles aren't universes doesn't mean it HAS to be specifically the locations of the earth or somewhere in the universe. The universes are inside these bubbles but the bubbles themselves are simply like entry ways to these universes. The universes are obviously much more bigger inside these bubbles so im not saying the universe is the size of the bubble but the bubbles are just like portals in a way, like a gateway.

That...makes no sense. "ignoring the energy the attack" would be to completely nullify the power of something or somebody, bypassing it completely. Why would he, falling from god knows where, nullify....himself? Especially since hes not in the hyperspace anymore.
EV literally states this: "In the dimensions folded like bubbles". This description conveys the idea, which I have been saying since the start of the discussion, that EACH WORLD exists inside these bubbles. "in the dimensions" proves this, unless you wanna say they are insanely compacted into small bubbles, which at that point: be my guest.

The codex wiki is backwards, they were the first to put Saitama at Universal since The Garou fight, and they downplay Db and Sonic to oblivion (they put BROLY in Island level, the DBZ version, and Super Sonic in Planet level, no, forgeted, in Multi-continental)
