Genos, Metal Bat and Bang come to mind. Drive Knight most likely has better stamina as well and then there is the question of how you should evaluate Metal Knight.
Each class seems to have far better stamina compared to the previous class in general. We have at least 3 people in A-class who can easily endure having an arm ripped off.

Genos overheat because of the level of power. That's not related to stamina.
Tatsumaki has never shown anything like that unless you enter headcanon territory. Assuming you are referring to the beginning of the Psykorochi fight, it wouldn't make sense that she can shrug off her organs getting crushed and then become below Fuhrer Ugly by what is comparatively superficial damage.
Bang and Tatsumaki have different kinds of stamina.

when hitten by furher ugly she was heavily injuried already, and was suffering from blood loss.
so makes a lot of sense to her being unconscious after crushing her head into a rock after all of that.

Psykorochi already had absurd power before God gave them power. Sage and EOW only made from scratch, it was supposedly Tatsumaki and two giant monster taking down Saitama. Guess VSBW didn't fully realized the intention and went straight to upscaling.

Yeah, I still believe the theory about God interfered Tatsumaki when she twists the city and continuous to backfire every time she's going full power or its just the limiter. If that's her limiter then damn she has way higher scale of limiter to surpass than the likes of Garou.

I mean if the intention was for Sage Centipede, Evil Ocean Water and an amped Tatsumaki to all team up to beat Saitama, then the former two would kinda have to scale to the latter, right? Like why would God bother sending a 6-A raw power monster to support a more powerful version of a High 6-A+?

From the new recent development God gives power depends on the receivers capability. He is not upscaling his blessing based from the previous avatars. If you put that logic then Void is the weakest here.

Gouketsu's timeframe for splitting clouds was rejected because of the difference in depictions. The same can happen here. I find it very unlikely though given the nature of the feat.
