Splatinum was off guard, so Garou would only downscale from him
Garou only gets stronger and faster in the middle of a fight, bomb being shocked is just because of travel speed, which most characters haven’t shown on the same level as that

Like bruh a punch to the head by bang and garou's head was bleeding like crazy. Imagine that punch, but with explosion release fist. Garou's brain will be replaced with smoothie

PS is the one who scales from Garou. It's not the other way around.

We saw Garou get stronger and faster after his fight with Darkshine was already over. And that Garou doesn't necessarily have a physical change to indicate that his RE is active.

No. Bomb was surprised by Garou's combat speed. He was surprised before Garou traveled to where PS was. Your point would only make sense if Bomb was surprised after Garou came up to PS, but he wasn't. It was before that.

There's a reason he made that face. That's a shocking expression. Why do you think he was shocked then? If it wasn't because Garou got stronger. And if Garou got stronger, it is weird to say he didn't get faster and vice versa.

Idk, but the fact that a monster kicked a home through another monster is enough to shock bomb, saying it was the speed is just a wild jump to a conclusion
Which leaves us back at awakening breath bang being at most 6-C again
 
Flashy flash getting a light speed feat at some point in the series is basically guaranteed
he’s already rela+ probably, so light would be the next milestone for a speedster character like him
 
Never underestimate how much a simple 2x speed amp can inflate a show's speed assuming shounen like strength progression in the long run.

Tatsumaki is trickier because
1. It would need to be clearly defined as attack speed, as opposed to Flash who can get by on a generic one
2. She is less likely to get such a statement anyway

Feats themselves for both will be unlikely imo.

im not talking about speed, a multiplier like “im two times stronger now” would amp her ap
her speed will be boosted another way
