That remember me of Metal Bat Vs Garou

He fought for a good while and still was at Low 7-B, despite reaching 6-A against Sage Centipede rather quickly

Ironically, Watchdog Man is something much more mysterious than Blast, because even he appeared in this arc, unlike Watchdog
I never saw Watchdog Man as being thaaaat mysterious, he had a fight with HH Garou and didn't kill him, and later it was explained how it was a bad matchup for Garou

His origins may be, but his powerlevel isn't that hidden

This is objectively wrong, Black Holes can have jets emitting mass. Look at quasars for example.
Your own link has various other sources, mechanisms and reasonings for such jets besides black holes so that doesn't help. Furthermore, this does not address forcing out matter like the clouds and generating massive amounts of light.

Also a real black hole would obliterate the planet immediately. https://www.discovermagazine.com/the-sciences/what-to-expect-if-earth-ever-falls-into-a-black-hole
You also can not justify this with AP as Garou verbatim spawns natural events. Not to mention thus far, nothing has provided an AoE justification for the series other than just holding back.
Can you share the calc?

I was going to try using Garou as a metric but my pixel scaler isn't able to account for angles so I couldn't get the beam widening off that so I used Saitama instead

Blast should definitely scale from Garou. He didn't just rag doll him but he kept it up lol. Garou also acknowledged his strength as well.

He can replicate the flow of all energy in the universe, replicate any technique and its power, as shown and stated with the consecutive normal punches, and the author explains to us what a GBR is instead of just letting it be a big energy blast or something.

How could it not be considered a real GBR?

i love the "but if it was real it should have destroyed the earth!!" argument because it acts like the earth shouldn't have been destroyed a dozen times over in the last ten chapters alone
Yeah the KE of that falling slice of the planet is more than enough to wipe out all life on Earth. Garou's nuclear fission fist would already have killed all life on Earth with radiation alone.

I feel bad for Saitama's house.

In the webcomic it gets flattened along with the city with Tatsumaki.

In the manga the city and the entire continent get flattened by seismic waves wich also causes volcanic activity. then the city gets flattened by Tatsumaki, the entire continent almost gets destroyed by the Tsunamis caused by earth slice, but are stopped by Tatsumaki, Twisted irreversibly by Tatsumaki, then it gets drenched by EOW, Ravaged by Sage centipede, gets a super nuclear disaster by Awakened Garou, complete with toxic black rain.

I know all the new people visiting the OPM profiles after these past few chapters released are tilted at them not being updated lmao

Should have options to give laugh reactions on certain comments

No, it wasn't ejecting clouds, Garou's black hole was absorbing matter, this is confirmed when you see civilians, ocean, buildings and rocks being lifted and pulled in the direction of the black hole. I don't know why you keep saying this, the clouds are being pulled as well.
Also a real black hole would obliterate the planet immediately.
A small black hole would most likely sink into the Earth's interior and absorb its matter from the inside out.
I don't really know what you are measuring here, we can't see the full width of the GRB in that panel.

Question: would I be wrong to say that a good amount of this thread has turned into coping and seething with recent chapters?
