It's hard to say. So far, the redraws have downgraded Phoenix Man and Child Emperor; thanos snapped the Focused-Atomic Slash and the Millennium Emperor Nova but somewhat upgraded the disciples (they KO'ed the mercenary squad before Amai Mask could slaughter them) and homeless emperor (mobility buff).

I'm definitely afraid the redraws are going to water down feats and remove some good ones, but surely Murata wants to make Orochi very impressive for the season 3 finale. So, I think Orochi will get more feats and visually impressive ones too- but I'm afraid they'll be the kind of feats that look impressive on the page or in a narrative consequence but aren't that impressive once they're calced out.

Just my speculation. I think we'll be able to say once we see what the redrawn Rover punch and Nyan vs. Drive Knight fights look like. If we see those feats watered down, then Orochi will likely be watered down. If we see them souped up, then Orochi will likely be souped up.

It's a straightforward top 5 for me.

1. Blast = Blast
2. Tatsumaki = She just stomped a near-baseline multi-continental monster
3. Metal Knight = Unknown Military Arsenal preparing for global threats for the win
4. Genos ( just with 10 seconds) = multi-continental beam struggle. If he can hit any other s-class below Tatsumaki, it's over
5. Current webcomic Flashy Flash = If Flashy Flash was roughly on par with Darkshine and Bang before, surely he's above them now.

Honorable Mention: Drive Knight, his full power is unknown. His gold form is for sure a strong mid-dragon, his promoted rook might be stronger and if his king form is stronger than that to a significant degree, he could be one of the strongest high dragons.

If he receives the same upgrades + more or less the same feats against Garou and Saitama, I easily see him taking a honor place in the High Dragons

Yeah while he has, let's say, Above Dragon speed, he lacks AP to get that far

But for me he is easy High Dragon

I think it depends how much higher Flash can climb. He's introduced bisecting two low dragons, goes on to give AG a little bit of a good time and has a rather impressive spar with Saitama. He then wrecks the heavenly ninja party, goes on to get an upgrade and absolutely shreds another dragon level threat into tiny cubes with a double sword tornado.

What other high dragon can create a double sword tornado? Nobody else does that. The Ninja Leader doing it off screen doesn't count

If he keeps improving, he will get there. If you give a high dragon 3, 4 upgrades eventually they will cross the threshold into above dragon

He had enough AP to send Saitama to the Moon. So Orochi's durability shouldn't be enough to tank his punches. Pretty sure any attacks from him will obliterate Orochi. Orochi survives due to immortality type 2 but his durability probably isn't enough to tank Boros' attacks.

That’s headcanon. You have no way of knowing if Orochi could or couldn’t withstand his attacks.

Him sending saitama to the moon didn't hurt saitama, and saitama willingly let himself get ragdolled. Also the moon kicked was calced to be 6-C

He scales purely above the meteorite

That’s the ship’s AP, not durability. It got badly damaged by Tatsumaki returning its shells, which is only 3.99 teratons. Literally 0.01 teraton stronger than the meteor that Orochi scales above in his first form.

I don't really see Wind and Gale as Low Dragons, I see them around Mid Dragon thanks to their speed, while not on Flash's level, still is very impressive and well higher than most Dragon level characters

And of course, one shoting the 2 of them + Darkshine statement + his speed feats puts Flash on solid High Dragon, and he still has way more feats if what happened on the webcomic is going to happen in the manga

Except Boros is the supposed dominator of the universe, you'd think as if the some of his fodder henchmen would be at least demon level threats, it would've given the other heroes, who were just there, to do something.

Also, uskla calced the speed that Boros needed to be in order to kick saitama at 75 percent lightspeed to be 2.01c, FTL. He did this in the CRT thread.
