His Immortality comes from Chaos, a being/concept opposed to God that exists throughout the Castlevania Multiverse. As long as Chaos exists throughout the Multiverse and in the hearts of people, Dracula can return. The Multiverse is 2-C, so it's still in the 4D range.

EDIT: And also Chaos has its own dimension, the Chaotic Realm.

4D Passives. He usually sits on his throne in the Castle. And then the Castle liabilities happen.

The passive powers I remember are:
BFR, Perception Manipulation, Void Manipulation, Chaos Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation (Type 1), Time Manipulation, Gravity Manipulation, Pain Manipulation, Forced Duplication, Technology Manipulation, Law Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, Fate Manipulation, Morality Manipulation, Transmutation, Corruption (Type 1 and 2), Biological Manipulation, Size Manipulation, Existence Erasure, Empathic Manipulation, Memory Manipulation, Biological and Power Absorption, Madness Manipulation (Type 1 and 3), Body Puppetry, Subjective Reality, Fear Manipulation, Possession, Power Nullification and Statistics Reduction.

Of course, not forgetting the Plot Manipulation that rewrites reality for Dracula to win.

Also, magic can do this, so since the Castle's passives are Dracula's magic, then I guess the things below are passives. And the Soulhax is 4D.
