I'd say Lavos keeps Low 2-C, Dagoth doesn't seem to have a win-con and the only way he's staying in is a possible regen.
 
I am very doubtful of being able to mind hax a being that can make people go insane by perceiving it. Which btw, imma probably have to fix up the Dunwhich horror page cuz its probably missing many of the general mythos abilities

You can't madness hax a being like that under our standards, but mindhax is still there so long as they're sentient IIRC.
 
Loki does not have an special thing for his tier.His only deal is his survivability with his immortality.Which is not going to help him get the spot othervise swamp thing would on the 2A spot

she's "1-C, possibly High 1-C"

So in that key she's only has 11-D hax when she's regarded as high 1-C

While yes he does take the spot, wait for their spot to settle first. Ban is likely gonna lose his 7-B and 7-A key, and is likely going to 7-C which will mean they will tie. Akabane's tier will likely stay at 7-C, though let's wait a bit to be sure. But yes he does stomp all of 7-C. If Akabane keeps his 7-C tier, he gets the 7-C spot casually.
 
Yeah, all WoD characters either have 8-D or 11-D has.

Mage's are the exception with 9-D to 12-D Plot, Information, Text etc manip

You have personally told me on many occasions that x character stomps y character to provoke me to make the match, and generally it has been the other way around. I don't doubt it could be that way. But I'd like to know why.
