Strongest Character for Every Tier 25

Alright so the following changes were made

God (World of Darkness) became the strongest High 1-C

Mage (World of Darkness) became the strongest 4-C

Oryx, the Taken King became the strongest 5-C Speed Equal

pretty sure Oryx also takes 5-C Speed=/= because 1: i don't remember exactly but if Serenity was Immeasurable it won't help against Oryx and 2: Taking is passive with a huge range

Updated Oryx, the Taken King as the strongest 5-C in both Speed Equal and Unequal.

Just FYI, Oryx's second key is probably either the second or third strongest 4-B and the only people I can really think of in the tier that aren't passively obliterated by it are EOM, Kharn, and probably the Yncarne. Don't use it lol

If only oryx has immesurable then he would definatly be on the spot speed unequalized.He can stomp the elder titan

Habaki shoud take both the 7-A and 7-B speed unequalized spots.

His distortion is passive and allows him to reflect the speed of the opponent to being able to keep up with them, this allowed him to keep up even with the speed of Tenma Yato

So he becomes as fast as Doctor Paradox and Eternal Nocturne and then kills them

and

Tenma Akuro has access to all his abilities in the high 6-B key, but they aren't 1-A level.
So he can't be hurt by anyone in the tier because of time armor and can just poison the concept of his enemy
