Only the Mage's Plot manip and Power Null is 9-D (Plot manip from the Storyteller, who sees the verse as nothing more than non-existent fiction), and the Marauder's are stated to be able to become the Storyteller.

Kinda same, they can move in a World outside the (At least)8-D verse, and react to the Angels/Demons

Mind hax? Absolutely, they have tons of resistance to Mind manipulation that I could bring to you, do you want all of it or just their best stuff?

To be honest, Mind hax is one of their most resisted hax.

anyways, with the Observation revisions (aka it's not passive 1-C powernull and just passive 1-C regen, immortality and abstract existence null), Nanashi actually has some competition for High 6-A
 
Nakiri can enter Mainshock, which is a transformation, not a totally separate key, whenever he wants and Nanashi will literally never get the chance to do anything as he's instantly atomized

Leviathan nulls literally anything that could hurt them

Vecna is a tough cookie to deal with, does Nanashi have any resistances to his hax, instant-first prob hax?

There's then also the fact that the profiles are locked, I have posted it in the revision thread, if that's what you want.

These guys are missing type 8 immortality based on Yato. Can't die unless you kill the main thing.
