Which work against an Acausal Concept of Time, She timeloop an Higher dimensional entity who is the concept of time, Resistance is pointless
 
Depends on what the sealing can target.

You may be able to attack someone's concept trough punching, but that doesn't mean thta you can interact with a disembodied nonexisting thing/concept.
 
Nil'd need feats of time looping that specific type of acausality, considering what type 4 is.

Oh well than for now Yurika is the new strongest 10-B until Yobobojo finds this 10-B with Immeasurable Speed.
 
By the way 10-C is also open for new contenders now that Cueball doesn't have infinite speed anymore.

1) Timmy's NE isn't usable in comabt: He wouldn never start with it, he would never wish to be Nonexistent, and it would be self-incapacitation.

2) That Concept Manioulation isn't even that good, and he would never use it.

3) He always uses BFR or transmutation. That's it.

Is there a infinite or immeasurable speed 10-C? Cause the battle between Cueball and SCP-3043 is merely for speed equal. We still need a 10-C for speed unequal if there is one.
