You mean things like Mind/Empahtic Manipulation, Powernull, Paralysis inducement, Curse Manipulation, etcetera?

They can shrug those things off.
 
Uh you sure about that, especially the last one? Idk where the "poor offensive abilities" comes from when even in the materium he's like Ahriman on steroids, what with him being an alpha plus psyker and all, and the huge degree of control he has over the warp.
 
2-C's probably gonna come down to who is best in general rather than which 2-C beats the other 2-Cs.
 
What's amon's deal?
 
We should probably decide 2-C Speed Unequalized first since its only between 3 or 4 characters.

Magnus the Red, Alice (Shin Megami Tensei), and Devilman are the only 2-C contenders with immeasurable speed. White Face is Unknown likely Omnipresent.

by that logic, Jill Presto shouldn't be counted
 
5-D fusion in the warp isn't a big deal, considering that it's the warp and Magnus has a direct link to Tzeentch. It's also a thing he has to turn on. Not sure about the others.
 
HL3 that's not what he's saying. Simon has a "at least 2-B, possibly 1-C", and Zach is saying that usage of his 2-B means he doesn't have 11-C hax. Jill is different.

She's Ininite Possibly Nigh-Omnipresent. Not Immeasurable or straight up omnipresent.
 
Tzeentch isn't going to let Magnus die for good, just as he isn't going to let Kairos. While he messes with his servants a lot, people that important to his plans like Magnus and Kairos, hell even Ahriman, he's not going to allow their permanent demise, as that means no change.
