So I wanted to bring up a revision of the Batman Who Laughs' page on here largely due to the new information Issue 4 of his currently on-going mini-series presented.
In it, prime Batman revealed that Laughs sees through the membrane of the Dark Multiverse itself, allowing him to see the intentions and desires of others, and that the visor he wears over his eyes is made from Dark Metal, allowing him to sift through all the noise and focus in on what he wants to see.
Would that be grounds for an addendum to his powers/abilities section, and a potential reassessment of his tier?
