It's a massive mismatch, either Spider-Man touches and the unicorn dies, or Lolz just BFRs or something which Spider-Man won't have an answer to.

It's not wincons, it's either Spider-Man does anything and Lolz dies, or Lolz does anything and Spider-Man dies. At speed equalized unless Lolz opens with hax which activate faster than >>MHS+ webs, he gets godstomp.

Yes it is a win condition. A condition, in which they win. which both have. Lolz doesn't typically open with haxs that would kill or remove spiderman. There is debate to it on if spiderman could tag him before Lolz decides to resort to it. But Lolz is closer to Lasers, rainbows, explosions, ect. Things which just does physical damage. If he sees it's not doing damage or can't get the hits in, that's when he would start considering resorting to things like BFR. Speed equal means both can move and dodge each other's attacks. So it's not like spiderman blitzes if Lolz doesn't open with it

Mate, Spider-Man tagging here is a oneshot. He needs to touch before Lolz dies, which is probable AF considering the Attack Speed of the webs doesn't get equalized so a MHS+ attack will be flying towards Lolz before it can even react. Even if it could, Regenerationn (High-Mid) would just negate any damage done anyhow.

This is a mismatch. Stop justifying it. There is no debate to be had, either we assumes Spider-Man oneshots with everything and given he has no hax to put him down with that High-Mid regen (Which if I recall correctly at High-Mid KOing is not a wincon), so Spider-Man can't win here and is waiting to just be BFR'd, the incapacitating doesn't stop hax.

There's a reason using non-haxxed characters for cross-tier matches is looked down upon.

Yes it does get equalized. Regardless. Lolz would be equalized to MHS Anyways, plus, look at his speed when in flight. Regardless to being equal or not, he can react to Spider-Man's attacks. Regenerationn would not save him. His durability is way too low. Spiderman hitting him would more than obliterate his body beyond his regen capabilities.

I won't stop justifying it because there is debate behind it. This isn't even a really bad fight. He doesn't open with his haxs, which gives spiderman time to react, the spider sense can help leagues on at least keeping track on him. Spiderman is notably smarter, and would have generally more combat experience. Both have generally good chances at winning. This isn't just a Lol haxs character beats Strong character

I don't think one hit from spiderman is gonna scatter Lolz into lone molecules, atoms or subatomic particles, as that's what he has to do essentially to bypass that regen

No it won't, Flight Speed is literally listed as separate to his attack and reactions. Also Spider-Man punching wouldn't atomize him mate. He can hit and hit and never overcome the regen

It doesn't list their attack and reactions separately. It lists their ground speed vs Flight speed separately. But they can react to their own flight. I'm not sure where your getting that Superhuman is their reactions cause it doesn't say that.

And it wouldn't need to. Frankly, turning him into basically a blood pile would do it. He has High Mid regen sure, but he isn't coming back from that. We are talking about scaling Above a horse vs Spider-Man's second key.

Literally read the speed page, it's defaulted to Reactions and Attack Speeds. So if it listed Superhuman with no context it's Superhuman rxns.
