Speed Downgrade for Ip-Man

He's listed as Peak Human for being able to punch 5 times in a second, outrun black belts, and disarm a police officer.

Except the world record for punches is 13 punches per second, we don't know how fast the black belts are and assuming they're anywhere near Usain Bolt's speed ignores genetics and training, and the fact that disarming someone is literally something anyone can learn how to do.

Basically I'm saying he should be Athlete+ in speed.

May I ask though, is that 13pps applicable in combat or is he just hitting air in a static position?
 
Is there much difference? It's not like his 5 punches per second was done while weaving around and stuff. If you're punching max speed it's just gonna be one after the other.

That's not very combat reliable style of punching methinks but I guess if Ip Man can make it hurt, then yeah. Thanks.

@LordXCano: Iirc, Ip Man can do his speed punches in an actual martial bout, from what I've read of him anyway.
