As a profile said, someone with enough spiritual energy/divinity is capable to see and interact with a Noth; comparing a Ainz with Deymos (some kind of Lich in Anima) he should have at least 30 Gnosis, that is enough to interact and see the Noth (although is a little clear and would receive less damage, but that is the worst of the cases).

Can you try and explain that better? You can't actually scale in universe energy to other verses anyway though.

Welp, Anima rules make it possible (you can adapt verses there), but explaining it right now and from a movil would be a pain. Basically, gnosis indicate the level of supernatural presence of the individuals, the higher it is, the more influence has the subject above the flow of souls (the primordial "mass" emvodiment of life and dead, where the concepts, ideas and emotions born), the rules of nature and fate; or good, you have the power to opose those beings (like Kratos).
