Ins´t this a stomp in Vegeta´s favor? Squidward can´t regenerate from Hakai since it erases even your soul, and Ultra Ego Vegeta has a hakai aura, so....

Can squidward even damage vegeta?
Not with attacks because 3-C<<<<<<2-C<<<<Vegeta, so with what?

Wouldn't it be a bit difficult to even kill Squidward, i mean he is the literal punching bag of the show, he has survived explosions, being cut in half by a pair of scissors, survived being turned into chum and later regenerated from it, etc.

So this prob comes down to whether or not Vegeta can fully erase Squidward before he plays his clarinet. Due to the starting distance, unless Vegeta uses Instant Transmission (Which he isn't good at preforming) he's probably gonna hear Squidward's song before he can stop him and suffer the effects.

IC squidward immediately grabs the clarinet?

Standard Tactics: Squidward usually tries to overwhelm his opponent by relentlessly attacking them with his hand-to-hand skills (which is emphasized further when he's sufficiently enraged), as well as his clarinet playing.

Idk if he'd get closer too, I'm genuinely asking

Theeeeeen i vote him. Vegeta learned quite recently how to IT (iirc), idk if it's his fiiiiiiiiiirst play on any match

Why does initial distance matter? It's only 4Km and these guys are still mftl+ with equalized speed, 4Km is the same as practically nothing.

In addition to the fact that while vegeta can feel the existence of the squid, it cannot feel vegita because of God Ki. Not that it matters much considering Vegeta's fighting style in this mode along with their speed, but Squidward will have a hard time finding Vegeta if the melee is extended (which wouldn't happen due to the hakai aura)

Squidward’s clarinet has a range of Thousands of Km’s

That's combat speed, not Travel Speed.

Yeah, good thing Squidward is gonna be using his clarinet and not hand-to-hand.

Nothing in Vegeta's profile says that MFTL+ is just for combat speed, not even in the weaknesses section or anything like that, so where are you getting that from? Besides the MFTL+ of squid mollusk is the same thing.

The standard tactic says he usually starts with melee so he might as well start with melee.

As noted on the Speed page "Speed" with no other prefix is assumed to be combat speed and his speed rating comes from a reaction feat.

normally it doesn't mean always, especially when some DB profiles have profiles that differentiate the two things, and in the case of vegeta, it doesn't. Seriously, just look at Vegeta's DBZ profile, and his speed in each key is referenced to what it is, like the first key that only has "FTL in combat speed", while Vegeta from the DBS manga doesn't have that, he has MFTL+ only. In DB's own profiles, the speed of each type of character's speed is stated, while that of DBS Manga Vegeta is just MFTL+ in general.

Furthermore, this vegeta is extremely superior through scaling and multipliers to its DBZ version, which had hypersonic+ travel speed, so even with that the distance of 4km wouldn't even matter.

When, in powerscalling history, did a fight between Vegeta and SQUIDWARD TENTACLES became debatable?

Anyways, looks like Vegeta wins if he comes close, but Squidward wins if he pulls out his clarinet (what he would likely do due to the distance), so it all comes down to who attacks the other first

I'm currently resting on Incon too, but for different reasons. I'm unsure if using the clarinet offensively would be his first option (at least in Base, not for Sour Note), because he tend to remain somewhat willfully ignorant about the negative effects of his performance.
