Actually do any of the preview images of issue 75 show if the vault door Any is trying to smash down is related to Eggman or something? Because I think I could swallow Any only being able to dent a vault door if it was related to Eggman, because I imagine that Eggman would strengthen his fortitudes with Sonic and co's strength in mind.

With Shahra I think Occam’s comes in to say, if there’s an easy method already established in the story for Sonic to return they don’t need to re-mention it. And for Merlina, they don’t explicitly say but being able to bring Sonic from another dimension with her spell, likely means she can bring him back to where he was too, since it’s just reversing the effect.

Cuz them sealing the End in CS doesn’t mean cyberspace itself prevented escape for DT users at the time, its possible that the pilot sealed the End long enough for them to build the towers to strengthen the seal.
It also mentions he goes on a bunch of adventures, aka he has fun before deciding to head back. Then in the Japanese it just mentions he runs around as much as he can, before returning to his own world. Which also isn’t explicitly saying “he did it on his own”

What Archie Eggman did is way worse due to the scope of the Super Genesis Wave he did and there's also the Ultimate Annihilator to keep in mind. Games Eggman is NOT as insane and evil as Archie Eggman. Honestly, I prefer Games Eggman for that reason as Archie Eggman feels way too serious and heinous for my liking. Games Eggman is goofy, still efficient, and doesn't go completely insane when things don't go his way. Games Eggman got willpower, Archie Eggman went to the Loony Bin cuz he couldn't take the heat.
