Silver the Hedgehog vs Silver Surfer

You cooked with this matchup. Alright, after reading for a bit, heres my analysis.
Hedgehog would obviously start with TK but since he doesn't have superior LS over Surfer, that's out the window. Then Hedgehog will start to use CC via Space-Time Manip/Reality Warping, but since surfer resists that too, that's also out the window.
Hmmm.. the lack of calcs of Silver Surfer are an issue tho.
I'm not quite sure here. Gonn wait for supps from both sides.
 
Silver Surfer doesn't resist Paralysis, or Time Stop from Chaos Control, and he doesn't have the range to come back from a Chaos Control BFR

And Silver has the fighting skill advantage(looking at tge profiles at least) and can slow down his own perceptions to see Surfer as slow motion, and the spin dash and boost would allow him to always blitz him while also seeing him as frozen

Silver doesn't have a Chaos Emerald as standard equipment. Admittedly, that'll probably get added to the OP after this

What can and will the Silver Surfer do before Silver goes through his options prior to perhaps settling on Chaos Control BFR?

Is this Silver Surfer at peak? Silver's psychokinesis is listed as Multi-Stellar while non-peak SS has only Stellar LS
 
Silver has 10 rings and grant him extra endurance but Surfer has an ability to regenerate and sustain damage at High 3-A levels and I think would outlast Silver in an extended fight and Surfers matter manipulation, energy projection and cosmic awareness would outmaneuver and overpower Silver’s psychokinetic tactics
Silver is inexperienced right? and he has a tendency to rely heavily on psychokinesis and this could leave him vulnerable to Surfer superior combat intelligence and adaptability.

Leaning more towards Surfer if only High-3A but not voting for anyone yet

The issue (as with most forum vs battles) is that the true fans haven't shown up yet.
But also even with Surfer's ill-created profile, he seems to have this.

I'd personally switch Silver to Super Silver, Unequalize Speeds (4.2 Million c is a headache to look at), or use a different sonic character.

I've started work on one. Not much done but still.

The issue is figuring out which powers are applicable to all PC users, especially since it is repeatedly stated that SS was given more of it by Galactus than other Heralds.
