Sonic General Discussion Zone 16: The Planet Busting

Alright guys, I'm gonna stay off the wiki for a majority of the day.

I have two essays due in about three days and need to file some heavy paperwork for my Financial Aid in college, so I'm up to my knees in work that I have to do. Regardless, I'll be popping in throughout the day a lot so I'll still be around. I'll see you guys later!
 
So how is the Sonic upgrade thread going so far? I left right after Matthew accused me of being "hostile", so I didn't keep up with what's going on.
 
@Shake Didn't you join way after all of that?

@MYHERO Matt is really the only one who disagrees, though he did say the Emerl feat was legit. DDM said he wasn't against it but he's skeptical about some of the stuff so he seems to be neutral.
 
Honestly, based on the arguments against 5-B, the only thing that kept/keeping it from going through seems be the staff's own headcanon (Eggman having more than one emerald in Advance 3 when we only see one, the continents moving back into place on their own even if it's clear the emeralds are playing a part in that, the black hole supposedly killing ABIS even though it didn't, Riders not being canon because "futuristic cities", etc) tbh.
 
He changed it to Dark Gaia holding up the continents so the Emeralds nullified his power, even though there's no proof of him doing that.

I created my account after all that stuff. I was actually here way before I made my account back when Sonic was 7-B for months, when Super Sonic first got upgraded to 5-A, and when High 6-A finally came around alongside Tier 2 Super Sonic and such.
 
Also, the profiles were kinda... "nasty" back then. Sonic only had 1 key that said "7-B". There was even a time when Mario capped at Building level+.
 
Most final bosses were surface wipe which was 7-A in the past I think, Super Sonic was once 4-C via the Time Eater final attack but I am not sure, it was years ago
