Son of Captain America vs Son of Batman (7-4-1)

there isnt any incon reasons
From the arguements Ive seen, robin could easily take it or James due to how close in similarity they are.
Lets go through this with advantages and disadvantages for each character:

Robin: Utility advantage, much higher intelligence, pain tolerance (and other abilities)
James: Durability advantage via shield, range advantage

Weaknesses: They both have no weaknesses, despite the fact that Robin has something that says he's only human, just like James Rogers is.

I would say James has a range advantage by an even higher amount, but that is complete BS in my eyes, as how does Robin not have at least Extended Melee Range with Swords, Tasers, his utility belt, and grenades (since he has smoke manipulation he has to have at least smoke grenades)

I'm giving the victory to Robin for now, but I could easily see James winning this as well, any arguements?
This one points in favor of robin and states valid explanation,
That's a very close fight, mostly because we lack some informations.

AP-wise James seems to have an advantage, as the only thing I could find of Robin is him scaling to Deathstroke who can destroy concrete with his bare fists, when isn't scaled to characters who in turn surpass Robin.
Bat's son though has higher LS, but I doubt it will be useful in any way.

In skill and experience they seem to be somewhat even, with Robin scaling to Batman and Deathstroke and James to Cap and Widow, but I don't find anything that explicit about the skill of those characters.

Robin has more equipment, with his swords and other tools, which although could be countered by James' shields, which isn't going to break anytime soon (it could actually break Robin's sword) and can shield him from pretty much anything, as well as being used as a projectile, while he keeps using his vibranium one.

Both are acrobats, but James has an actual description, but I don't know who has better maneuverability.

Stealth and smoke bombs and indeed useful, but the battlefield is Central Park, supposedly during daytime, so not the best place where using those tactics.

For how close it is, I think James has more chances of winning, with supposedly higher (although not too much) skill, ap and very useful shields, so I'll vote him.
This one says James.

Both acknowledge how similar they are, I see no reasoning yet for "James wins because X" nor anything for "Robin wins because X". It's a close match that can go either-or from what I've seen.

man you just like fighting me on all my words anywhere.

I'm going with Robin for these reasons

Training:
He has trained with the league of assassins (who are legendary martial arts experts) since the time he could walk and has trained with Batman (who's a walking bag of martial arts experience, the other robins and the titans (each of which have varieties of different powers and abilities and Robin has learned to adapt to facing and created counter measures against them.
In contrast to James who has ever only trained with an old tony stark in simulations and his other inexperienced peers

Experience:
Robin has faced a vast variety of opponents and enemies each with their own unique skills, powers and abilities and has even defeated a few of them on his own
In contrast to James who's only real opponent he has ever faced is Ultron who btw he couldn't beat and was being massively overwhelmed by

Tactics:
Robin is way more used to fighting on his own and has learned over 100 different forms of combat to facilitate his training. He also has a variety of weapons that gives him the versatility advantage and has used them successfully against even the most highly skilled of martial arts experts. And he's a quick study and will be able to figure out James fighting style in moments and counter him. Robin's overall fighting style is more polished and more refined while James is more so blunt and Clumsy.
In contrast to James who is way more used to fighting in a team and every time he fights be himself he often gets screwed over.

Stamina:
Robin has Extremely high stamina so even if this fight gets drawn out, James (with his High Stamina) is definitely gonna get tired before Robin ever does and Robin is no slouch to use drawn out battle tactics either
