Saitama because he can one punch people out of life and he can pull his breath, Goku cannot do that unless he's in SSB, then he can techinally breath in space, maybe?

I vote for Saitama.
Saitama causally took care of a Planet level attack, while Goku pushed himself beyond his limits with Kaio-Ken x4 to produce the same result, and he couldn't even move after doing it.
While Kaio-Ken x4 Goku is stronger and faster than a suppressed Saitama, Saitama will close the gap in strength, like he did with Boros, and possibly even one-shot Goku depending on how strong he actually is.

Saitama has to go serious to stop that attack. Also Goku was able to dodge great ape vegeta's attacks while still worn out from X4 Kaio-Ken.

Saitama "going serious" is cleary an overstatement. Boros himself said Saitama beat him without using all his power, and it's heavily implied he's not even clsoe to using his full power given is mannerisms, cheerful attitude, lack of damage, etc.
And. . .? Goku then proceeded to get caught by Vegeta and got every bone in his body crushed, he couldn't keep up dodging because he was so damaged.

The difference in their speeds is not as extreme as you make it out to be, not to mention that Saitama is not even trying and he's already Planet level with Sub-Relativistic speeds, while Goku in his Base's maximun is Small Planet level and Sub-Relativistic+ speed, while with Kaio-Ken x4, Goku becomes Planet level and gains Relativistic Speed (seemingly on the lower end of the spectrum as Goku stays Relativistic for a while after the Saiyan Saga).
Goku might have the edge in skill and possibly speed, Saitama has the edge in strength and possibly speed as well, as we don't know how fast he is when he is trying he could very well be as fast if not faster than Goku with Kaio-Ken.
So again Saitama wins with Mid-High Difficulty depending on his real stats.

Yeah, we've never seen Saitama actually go serious, so, when he goes, he can very well be faster than Goku, so, he has the edge in speed. Of course, Saitama may very well be faster than, for example, Wally West of Zoom, so, guess we should give him the edge in speed if he ever faces those guys as well, am I right?

It is warren "(At least Sub-Relativistic+ after King Kai Training (Casually dodged and blitzed Nappa)" from the profile it self. (Saitama is also the same speed rating as nappa in fact I think saitama feat is a bit lower then piccolo). Also paulo summed up the whole he was holding back argument.

Paulo just said he didn't like it, and truthfully I don't like it much either, but it's the truth. Saiyan Saga Goku is comparable to a casual Saitama, and Saitama that is trying would like destroy Goku, and we know Saitama would close the gap in speed for him and Goku because he's shown to do just that before with other characters.Huesito88 said:
