Goku has a resistance to Time Stop no? So it will not be usable I think

No. AreaSteal restrains opposing movement by creating a field his foe cannot cross without teleportation skills.

Well Goku's teleportation can counter this not? But if all his movements are restricted, Goku will not be able to put his finger on his frontier for teleportation But I think it has already teleport without finger no?

Also, Goku does not have an immunity to being put into permanent stasis where all of his functions are frozen for eternity.

I agree. Megaman has far too much hax here for Goku to deal with. And he has a slight speed advantage as well. Giving it to megaman. Data manipulation, matter manipulation, permanent confinement, all things Goku doesn't have the tools to deal with.
