Some Higher dimensional Characters are gonna be downgraded

Being stated to be multiple "Spatio Temporal dimensions" isn't enough for a High 2-A or above rating anymore. Instead, it outright has to be explained that the exist on multiple degrees of higher infinity.

Última Reality is gonna revise the dimensional tiering eventually.

Dime examples are 4-D Anime King Ghidorah and 10-D transformers.

Which other verdes are gonna be afected?
