Death Battle made the DIO vs Alucard match, and when they calculated the meteor feat, it was in the kiloton range.

It was calced wrongly, it assumed that PW's Asteroids was the speed of a second, despite the narration clearly stating that it was from minutes to seconds, with plural. It also assumed it was about Jolyne's head sized, when in reality it's about SF's fist sized

Maybe. I saw that Chariot did a calc on Dark Blue Moon's typhoon and it got...good. Like, High 8-C
Now, if that's up to a upgrade i don't know. Mostly depends if it gets accepted

Pretty sure TW would scale above him as well, tho that depends again if it's accepted or if there will be a CRT based on this (which i doubt will happen soon)

well the upgrade would affect non angry Jotaro (earlier in part 3), who is relative to Dio and possibly silver chariot cause of anubis, so why wouldn't it affect dio and chariot

Star Platinum and The World has their scaling chain. They would scale to RHCP, DBM and Part 8 SHA.
DIO is scaling to be above 5x Hamonless Jonathan, who is 0.400 tons, resulting in 2 tons. He also scales 5x above 0.360 tons.
Chariot, Magician's Red, Emerald Splash, etc etc downscale to 8-C+ and do not scale to High 8-C.
There's simply no way to scale DIO to Star Platinum. SP always demolish him when they interact.

by Dio I actually meant the world, not the user. The world only would scale to star platinum, not Dio himself

So if this calc gets applied, obviously this would affect the Pillar Men, probably also incluiding Kars becoming even higher in 8-A and i guess becoming 8-B with Light Mode

Getting more info on the Planet Waves calc. That said I highly doubt they made that obvious a mistake in their calc so I'm taking the debunk with a grain of salt.
