Dio doesn't just have to land 120,000 attacks. Alucard will regenerate from each death blow, and that regenerating process is what uses up the soul. So Alucard can easily control the pace of the fight.

I’m not sure about that. Dio is like, 200c, and alu is hypersonic. The difference alone should allow dio to be able to attack at his leisure. The fight would be done in less then an hour

he destroys him once, doesn't work, he does it again, doesn't work, repeat enough times, dio gets anoyed, starts to try other things, eventually uses the freeze touch, repeat enough times and boom

Freezing Alucard won't do much due to Alucard being able to attack with his thoughts in the forn of TK.
