Heaven Ascension DIO vs Sakuya Izayoi:

1. Both speed are equalised
2. Both are 500 feet apart
3. They are in a city in middle of the night
4. They have no knowledge of each other but knew that they are a threat to each other.

This has two rounds:
Round 1 of the battle: Where HA DIO doesn't have his absorption and Sakuya doesn't have her optional equipment.

Round 2 of the battle: This round is where HA DIO has Post-Absorption and Sakuya has her optional equipment.

Sakuya probably stomps via type 1 CM time manipulation. Even back in the day where she wasn't haxxed as fudge she still stomped Dio in every thread because of temporal EE which now works on a conceptual level.

Is DIO only baseline 2-C? If so then this a stomp in Sakuya's favor for both rounds due to superior spacetime hax/EE (thought-based), Type 4 Acausality, and Sheer AP (Should scale above Doremy who can just create 2-C danmaku dream structures at will, and erase them just as easily)

Optional equipment round will just give Sakuya more hax + layered EE; and literally a chunk of every ability from a majority of the characters in the series.

Touhou Spirit Manip is actually really stupid as well.

You forget that Dio's time stop isn't work for Sakuya including his power null ability since it require to null their spirit since Touhou magic exist in Soul
At this point Spiritual is Physical for people in Gensokyo

Im pretty sure this is a stomp for Sakuya- even more so in round 2 because some of the optional stuff is pretty funky. Hell, she probably doesnt need her optional stuff anyways. Spirit Manip plus Danmaku plus powerful layered time hax means dead vampire
