So we have 2 guys that can't kill one another in a resonable way or amount of time but one has Mind manipulation
 
Dio has one layer of mind hax, zero layers of resistance. Alucard has two layers of mind hax, two layers of resistance. So Dio can't mind hax Alucard regardless of what Death Battle (which incidentally is owned by Warner which also owns the Western release of JJBA, and in addition is currently struggling and needs its anime content to be successful) says.

Meanwhile Dio needs to splatter Alucard 120,000 times to get rid of him. During that time Alucard can mind hax Dio any time he chooses, and if the sun comes up he can howl with laughter as Dio turns into ashes before his eyes.

Dio's wincon: smashing Alucard 120,000 times (just hitting him that many times won't do it; he has to regenerate from either heart destruction or decapitation 120,000 times before he'll run out) during which time the sun somehow does not come up, and Alucard somehow never thinks to try mind hax.

Alucard's wincons:

sun comes up: Dio turns into something to be cleaned up with a leaf blower.

Alucard mind haxes Dio and makes him kill himself or stand still while Alucard drinks his blood: dead Dio.

Alucard mind haxes Dio and makes him run naked into the sunlight: leaf blower again.

So I'd have to say Alucard is the winner.

This means any time Dio is exposed to mind hax he's finished, and Alucard will have to resurrect 120,000 times for Dio to win.

If we assume Alucard takes just five seconds per resurrection, and gets pulverised in a tenth of a second each time on average, then the fight would last 166 hours straight. The sun would be up for 80 of those hours, and would come up every 12 hours. In addition, do you expect Dio to be able to remain a blur that entire time, especially given his cocky tendency to gloat and mock his enemy, thus making the ideal opening for Alucard's mind hax?

Tell that to Miles whose butt got demoted so someone from Warner could decide where RWBY goes, and who had his own show, Camp Camp, canned because it wasn't making money for Warner. And to the staff on DB who have been told by someone above them to do fights they said they had no interest in and didn't want to do. When big companies are tightening their belts, their smaller subsidiaries are going to feel the pinch. Warner has been ditching things it didn't deem profitable, including DC Interactive which was FAR more profitable than Rooster Teeth, and has been cutting into Rooster Teeth savagely and canning several shows. So it's definitely in Rooster Teeth's interest to do everything it can to please Warner, including their Death Battles, which, let's be blunt, are both content and advertisements, just like any crossover. DB videos get millions of views, so they work in that regard; they're not THAT niche.

Two years before Zazlav took over and pushed them to actually do something about all their debt and their falling profits. We know for a fact Warner is putting a lot of thought into money, because they canned a film that had already finished because they expected releasing it would do more harm than just letting all the cost of making it go to waste. And as said above, they demoted Miles and put a Warner guy in charge of RWBY. Rooster Teeth desperately needs its content to be profitable and beneficial to Warner right now, because their jobs are very much at risk at the moment.

I already knew Liam was biased on that fight.

However your rigth with Liam being quite biased in the figth, but that's Ignoring that fact they hured Alucards abridged VA and are Clearly fans of the character (his analysts is one of the best in the show)

Not conspiracy, that word is always used to compare people to flat-earthers or something, just a very real conflict of interest. RT can't be truly objective when the company holding their leash is involved. And as I said, we know for a fact they've been made to do fights they weren't interested in doing. They clearly have someone above them telling them what to do.

The Abridged actor being hired tells us very little.

Leaving aside motivation, they had a very slanted assessment. They claimed Dio could mind hax Alucard while ignoring that Alucard could mind hax Dio. They also downplayed Alucard's mental resistance, while sidestepping the fact that Dio doesn't have any. As we've assessed here, a mental battle between them would end with Alucard mind haxing Dio, not the reverse, and that would be obvious to any reasonable judge. They claimed Dio could definitely still use his part one abilities because the flesh buds were a vampiric ability, ignoring the fact that his vampire abilities came from fully controlling his own body, and he verifiably lacked some control of Jonathon's, thus calling the continued access to those abilities into question. And the flesh buds proves nothing, because they are made from Dio's hair, which is on his head, the one part of his body which is from his original body. To add to that, they used a non-canon feat for Dio while refusing to let Alucard use Schrodinger's abilities, and they sidestepped the issue of the sunlight as well.

They just used a anime feat which while sus, is something most people generally don't care about.

Most people use Toei feats for Goku for example, we don't, but we aren't the general internet community.
