first off spiritswhen you press x on the switch it shows the original and smash picture implying there the same person or robot or pokemon. you get the idea. finallythe tips im using kirby as an example when saying there origin it says he came from dreamland 1 not smash 64!

Batman made a cameo in South Park. That doesn't mean they take place in the same universe or that South Park is connected to DC. It's an easter egg and nothing more.

Smash is it's own universe, completely separated from all of its connected series. The only thing it's canon to is itself. Ness and Lucas exist at the same time, as well as Simon and Richter. It's implied that every spirit and character exist in the same universe, and are merely copies/animated toys/alternate version of the "canon" versions of the same characters. The spirits are just there to tell the player information about the character.

The only universe where it's even vaguely hinted at being canon is Kid Icarus, where Pit recalls some events of Brawl, but even this is just a joke and nothing more.

but what about the part it ist said to be non canon like the pary games if you connect those you connect these or do the opposite whats your choice

Where was it said they were? Like, characters who canonically exist decades apart interact casually. I don't know what more proof you need.

Oh boy... are you being serious? These are just cameos Nintendo puts in there for fun. The MCU has references to the Comics. Do they now share a canon too? These are just easter eggs, my man.
