How do you keep coming up with these, Arrogant? This is genius!

Right, so Snow Miser could potentially win by Transmuting Slushy into snow, and he has 3X AP on him. However, between the two of them, despite Snow Miser's overall age, Slushy is hardwired to wreak havoc like the rest of the experiments, and would likely have the upper hand in close quarters combat. And aside from these advantages, both would be countering each other a lot with their ice powers, since they both tend to blizzard breath their opponents in-character, and a lot of their other standard moves can be countered by the other.

This is really tough to call. Both are very capable in this situation, and could likely take one another out with either Snow Miser's snow touch, or Slushy's combat experience. I'm...gonna say Snow Miser, however, since his higher AP and insta-win option if Slushy gets too close may end up being enough to take the victory.
