Slight upgrade for Full Potential Cable

I'm not sure. If Full-potential Cable is said to extingish stars with little effort and fought the Surfer, he could be 4-B I suppose. Or that could be added as further evidence of his rating.

Shouldn't Cable scale to Jean Grey? Also Rachel (without Phoenix) with her telekinisis could stop Thor and his Hammer.

It should also scale to Carnage since he used Silver Surfer to become Silver Carnage at one point, it was needed PIS to defeat him.

Well, it doesn't particularly make sense that psionic powers should enhance his physical speed, but then this is not really a much different case from the Green Lanterns, and we rate them as having MFTL+ combat speeds.

Comics do not tend to make sense, period, but we still have to try to adapt to their conventions.

Jean Grey (Marvel Comics)'s base shouldn't scale to Cable? Also Jean is more powerful than back then. She was 4B in the wiki at base not long ago.

No its not... She has blocked Apocalypse's blasts, stronger than Cable, blocks a blast from Black Bolt (who matches the likes of Gladiator and Thor.

I do not think that Jean without the Phoenix Force can be properly quantified without feats or reliable descriptions of the extent of her abilities.

Marvel powerscaling is notoriously inconsistent and unreliable.

I will make another thread for Jean as soon as I can. She can through powerscaling. Rachel blocked Thor's hammer with her tk. Teen Jean with her new power that combines TP and TK can amp her powers and can overpower Gladiator and other powerful foes.

I disagree with Jean but I would like to know that Psionic Powers amplying physical stats is fine. Both Force Users from Star Wars and Psykers from 40K have Psionic powers that amplify their strength and speed and durability.
