Carnage bonds at a atomic level, which should upgrade his Absorption and Regen to a higher degree (Atomic level) as he could even turn himself to a molecular size and back.

It has been disscused already that 8-A marvels are staying, Low 7-C cames from Spider-Man, which might or not be a different case, since there is a new calc for Venom that puts them at similar levels iicr.
 
Does that look good for Carnage?

Mid; has regenerated from being decapitated, having his head blown off, and being torn in half. High for the Symbiote; it can reform itself from a few cells or even a single atom

Absorption (Can become one with every atom of a person, he bonds with)
