Slight revision to Mario's speed

Now I would like to say that the MFTL+ feat of Mario only happened in SMG 1 & 2 Making it more accurate to say that he's MFTL+ with power stars and little luma, that's right, he was amped by the power stars and little luma during the galaxy games because he is not able to react to react to launch stars without the aid of at least the little luma. And unless I'm shown a MFTL+ outside of the galaxy games, my arguements hold up for this speed key below

Mario can keep up with the Millennium Star which can fly to the center of the universe in 3 seconds (00:13). He's also faster than Bowser who can catch mini-stars. Mini stars are able to travel around the universe (34:25).

Dark649 Did say that only the 3-C character keys should have the Massively FTL+ speed rating. But the those two links seem interesting. However, the first one simply said it was born in the center of the universe; the Star Bits traveling however does seem legit.

Bowser also has a Massively FTL+ feat in SMG2, he rather easily shot down Lubbas ship while it travelling the universe, and said ship can travel at least 76 trillion times faster than light. And no, he wasn't amped by any Power or Grand Stars when he did this.

Cal also already made a thread about getting rid of the Sub-Relativistic lowball and making the characters straight up Massively FTL+.
