No. Since we are using real-world physics if KE of that hammer is below 15 kJ (which pretty much impossible) then smashing a cinderblock would also require less than 15 kJ of energy.I agree no real worlder exceeds 9-C with tools like this unless someone actually demonstrates smashing cinderblock or something.
