From the description of Type 1 on the Information Manipulation page:
These characters can manipulate information as the medium of knowledge as opposed to just manipulating what a specific person knows, which would be considered Mind Manipulation. Characters with this ability can, for example, destroy information on a subject and by that make it inherently unknowable. Other examples of uses would be to prevent information from leaving an area, making it so that those outside can't gain knowledge of what is happening inside, or altering information to change what people know about the subject into something else.
Description of Pochita's Devil consumption/erasure:
Capable of erasing devils and the concepts they embody from existence across the past, present and from everyone's memories by fully consuming them)
From what I understand about Pochita's Concept/Devil erasure, due to erasing the concept from existence he's not simply erasing all memory of the concept, but making it so that there was nothing to remember, thus meaning that the knowledge of the thing is erased along with it. Would this qualify for Type 1 IM?
