That's too vague, i'm pretty sure it can just mean the surface and it can be done overtime, he is already small country level in kurama cloak mode, which is enough to do that ovetime.

Multi-continental later on, which is enough to do that in a few attacks.

And moon+ which is probably enough to do that in 1 attack.

I don't see how you can get Planet level Naruto even if we took the statement literally. Only feat close to Planet level is his feat in the Last where he busts the Teisengan orb, the chakra from the orb had enough energy to survive even the Moon shattering

Statement from the databook is a hyperbole. Since only juubi was stated to be capable of destroying the world

Kyuubi in naruto was half of kyuubi so its impossible for kyuubi to turn the world to ash

Naruto shouldn't even be moon+ level based on the last naruto movie. The moon was extremely hollow and its =/= to a real soild moon

Even Surviving a real soild moon split isnt even moon level let alone moon+ level.

Even The split in the movie its shown that the moon was meters apart so it didnt even overcome the GBE of the moon.

The moon was breaking up as it got closer to the earth as shown which is different from a an unbroken moon hitting earth since there would be more mass to hit earth and we know more mass = energy.

Either way the best high ball feat we can give it is planet surface level extinction since this was toneri plan from beginning to end of the movie

The hollowness wasnt miniscule what are you talking about??? There was an entire ocean in the moon along with mutiple country size islands and large floating city inside of it. We have visual evidence of this

A miniscule hollowness would be if the moon had a hollowness the size of the city but its not.

Also toneri wasnt moving the moon the tensigan was moving the moon. By the time toneri absorbed all the byagugan the moon lost massive amounts of mass from the gravitional pull of earth the closer it got to earth and its impossible to say what was left of the moon that was gonna hit earth is moon level AP its impossible because its not even moon level to begin with because of the hollow mass let alone all the mass it lost from the gravitional pull of earth as it was visually shown

I Will make a CRT at a later date but not right now since im on holiday.

Just because its been calculated to 15% means nothing i have seen calcs that put the hollow on 35%.

This caculation is 100x more reliable than the 15% caculation since its all based on visual facts instead of pixel scaling on scenes that the animators werent drawing to scale for all we know.

The tensigan toneri used to fight with naruto is nothing to the energy vessel. Tensigan toneri had came from 1 byaguyan while the energy vessel had countless of them.

If toneri had power to destroy the surface of the earth with the tensigan he would have done so but he couldnt and needed the moon. He was only capable of doing after absorbing the countless of byagugan.

Tensigan cant revive a planet, toneri plan was to destroy the surface of earth and rebuild it into his own image. This was toneri plan from start to end
