Well, I was intending to do this some time ago, but I didn't have time to look for the all the images needed, so I'm doing it now.
Why Yahweh/The Presence should be High 1-A? Well, the tiering system states that High 1-A beings are "Characters that are extremely powerful compared to other characters within this category, and whose power by far exceeds the regular requirements for tier 1-A.", so I'll prove that Yahweh fits in that description.
First, I believe this wiki already considers Lucifer as a 1-A character who is above other regular characters from this tier, since he killed Logos with a touch (among other feats). So let's go to The Sandman comic book, where Lucifer was "afraid" of hurting Cain because of what Yahweh could do to him .
Also, Yahweh easily created three undimensioned beings (Lucifer, Michael and Gabriel) that are above other regular 1-A characters and could "unmake" them just as easily . But Yahweh is not only stronger than these undimensioned beings, actually they are nothing but aspects of him.
Finnaly, do you remember when Lucifer divided the portal that leads to the Void? Which is an undimensioned place (I don't think I need to prove this in here, since it has been done by other people in different threads), in that ocasion he referred to Yahweh as having infinite power, that he could divide the portal to the undimensioned Void and still it wouldn't make it any smaller . What I'm trying to say is that even beings such as Lucifer Morningstar see Yahweh as someone with infinite power.
At my point of view, that puts Yahweh and Elaine Belloc as High 1-A characters, since he is immensely above beings that are already superior to other 1-A characters and she is on his level (maybe even a little above).
