Should Super Mario Galaxy Mario be at least Galaxy Level?

Mario collects the Star Bits and when feeding those Big Pink Stars the Star Bits they transform into Galaxy's. If Mario holds all the star bits that help turn them into Galaxies and can hold and use a lot more should that make him Galaxy Level or am I over or under thinking it?

I feel like the Lumas turning into galaxies is more a Luma thing than a Star Bit thing. Besides, even if it were a Mario thing, this wiki currently caps Mario characters at 6-C, because of anti-feats.

Some people have plans for Super Mario Bros scaling. But Lumas turning into galaxies is more so a Luma scaling thing then a Star Bit. And there is also a myth that they need to sacrifice themselves to be galaxies which made people argue they're glass cannons. Though it's more accurate said the "Going boom/transforming" is creating a galaxy and a launch star. Except the pink lumas return to the observatory back as Lumas whenever the player returns to the observatory which talking to them has them turn into a launch star to bring them to the same galaxy created by the same Luma. It's seems they'd arguably be galaxy level outright.

But outside of that, there are people looking to argue Power Stars being Large Star level at minimum and that common sense implies a single power star cannot be overwhelmingly stronger than the cast since one, Mario can match or overpower enemies with a power star despite he himself being empty handed. And Peach having ownership to many Power Stars would give the impression she'd use one against Grape, but she doesn't. Another thing is looking into some consistent Low 2-C feats that base Mario has and/or other characters base Mario level would scale from.
