Should Pokémon Conquest characters and pokemon receive separated profiles?

As the title says. Pokémon Conquest has different systems from main Pokemon (Human Link to Pokemon, Human "transforms") and there is little to suggest that they share the same continuity with the main Pokemon (well, at least the Pokemon name are similar).
