By the way, could someone explain the context of Shadow nullifying Neo Metal Super Sonic Form as Nullification is not a small ability.

There's not a whole lot of context behind it. Super Neo Metal Sonic is owning Sonic and Knuckles in a fight, then Shadow randomly jumps in and uses Chaos Spear on him, disabling his Super Form, to which Neo replies confused "What?" right before getting wailed on by Shadow.

I thought it would be more like energy/power nullification as he's completely cut off from his Super Form which is sustained by the energy of the Master Emerald. Said form also grants him several abilities, such as Invulnerability, electricity manip, etc.

Wouldn't it only be NLF if we assume it can work on anyone no matter what?

Thinking about it more, it could possibly be just Energy Nullification since disabling the Super Form would remove those abilities he had. Though since it seems to be caused by needing to harm/attack the user, Power nullification seems feasible since he'd need to bypass invulnerability somehow? Wish they clarified on it in the comic.

Power Nullification is enough as 1) it is the official name used in VS Battles Wiki; 2) after all, we don't know the function of how Shadow cut off that robot's super form and we only know that Shadow did cut the robot's super form off.
 
Everything is relatively fine and fits the criteria’s of the ability names you proposed (Power nullification and Technological Manipulation).
