S3&K Giant Eggman Robo would upscale from Mecha Sonic due to once again being his ultimate creation. "Cornered, Eggman finally activates the ultimate weapon." (It says it gains the power of the Master Emerald, wonder if the multiplier applies to that

Also we already have 06 speed upscaling, but I found another speed upscale statement for it
Since the Secret Rings infinite speed feat is being downgraded due to the statement being from a prima guide, here's upscaling for it (fastest, most physical adventure yet)
