I think Shiki should have this. He's a more skilled fighter and Touma's superior endurance won't help him if Shiki just slits his throat.

I'd say Shiki since he can cut Touma's concept of death and he can't do anything against that.

Imagine Breaker would cancel his Mystic Eyes if he managed to touch Shiki's eyes or possibly his face. I dunno about the rest of his body though.

Shiki via greater hax and experience

Uhhh... dunno where you got Shiki having greater experience from. First of all: He's only one year older, and he didn't really have to fight for most of his life. Touma on the other hand has been street fighting ever since he wanted to help people. Count that with more versatile foes, and that makes Touma have more fighting experience over-all.

It all depends on whether Touma can get a good punch in on Shiki in the face to negate MEoDP (which he usually does go for the face anyways, soo...).

Since Shiki is less experienced in fighting, will need to actually cut the lines Touma has, and since Touma has Precognition and experience on his side, he may actually pull off a win here.

Also bonus question: Will Shiki be able to cut Touma's right arm? Or even see lines on his right arm?

But the ability to cut concepts is just too strong and unexpected, and Touma should have death lines everywhere else then its right arm, at close range a knife is a great advantage over bare hands and it should be noted that no knowledge means that Shiki's like "That's weird, I can't kill his arm" and then tries cutting the lines he can see, while Touma's like "What the ****, imagine breaker is useless on this guy".

So Touma can't block with his negating arm then? I mean he can just use it to try and grab or block. And on the other hand slicing his right arm never ends well. Don't know who to vote for but just want to say that.

I'd say Shiki is definitely a better fighter, given that he was trained as an assassin for years of his life and can take on thousand-year old vampires.
