Shiki Tohno vs Kakashi with guns

I'll list the most likely win cons for both to make any possible debate easier.

Shiki just needs to cut Koga to win and Koga just needs to land a hit to win, since he has a roughly 13x AP advantage.

Shiki has the advantage of having instictive reaction and """precog""", as well as being able to cut Koga even when he is intangible. He can also survive a grazing blow or two, considering his stamina.

Koga has range (although the fire and wind can be nullified by MEoDP), probably more skilled too. Also has an speed boost, so he may be able to bypass Shiki's reactions. If he keeps his distance he can win easily.

How does Koga fight normally?

So they would start at a distance of 10s of meters based on SBA

Shiki is able to instinctively dodge attacks even if they come from his blind spots, thanks to his Nanaya training and heritage, in addition due to being able to sense his death, he would know that being hit by Koga would not be good and would avoid that.

Shiki has to close the distance enough to cut Koga, I'm not sure how likely Koga is to switch to melee if he sees Shiki continue charging and dodging his stuff. If he decides to go for cqc as well, he likely would end up losing. I'm not sure how skilled Koga is, but Shiki's bloodline is specifically made and trained, to fight demons, vampires, etc. All of which are significantly faster and stronger than them, most members of his bloodline also aren't fortunate enough to have MEoDP, so they rely basically only on their own skills to fight these opponents, Shiki even after being wiped, possesses all the skills he did as a Nanaya and can tap into them still, such as with his senses and instinctive reaction.

Shiki also hss the benefit of being able to continue fighting despite injuries that should kill him, from people significantly stronger than him instead of type 2 immortality, thats listed in his stamina section for some reaso

Well Koga is smart fighter that uses any means necessary to win. He'll primarily use his guns for ranged attacks and if he sees his elemental attacks get nullified he'll of course immediately stop using those. If Shiki nullifies his elemental attacks he'll however know that something is up with him and his knife, so he'd probably stay at a distance and keep shooting.

As for his skill. Well he already impressed Zhin, a skilled warrior (can eleborate more on him later if necessary) when he was just a boy that lived on the streets. He was then taken in and trained by Zhin and quickly became the Thousand Hands Guild's best ninja. The Thousand Hands Guild is full of trained and experienced ninja and mercenaries. The Thousand Hands Guild is even powerful enough to not take a side in the war between the Paladins and the Magistrate, who have large armies and stuff like tanks. Koga is also able to take on multiple ninja at once while unarmed (although the skill of those ninja admittedly is unknown.) He was also able to get out alive of a fight with both Zhin and Skye. Aside from being a skilled assassin, Skye also uses poison darts that she can fire in rapid succession, which Koga would have to be able to block and dodge.

But yeah he's a talented and experienced fighter, who does whatever it takes to win.
