Ok, there's much to say about this match actually, they both can One-Shot here, but they have some advantages over each other.

Shiki have the AP advantage, being 962 tons, meanhile Akame is just 381.03 Gigatons.
Shiki can also cut Akame Murasame, making Akame without the means to One-Shot anymore

Meanwhile, Akame here is the better fighter between the two, with a bunch of more experience and combat prowess.
And if she lose her sword, she can still fight using Martial Artists, and because she have the superior LS, she can take Shiki Knife out his hands.

Shiki when serious (MB Ciel only beat a not killing intent and hesitant Tohno who did not even want to fight her) blitzed and cucked Ciel negative diff and Stomped Sion as a DA who is much stronger than the version that fought Warcueid and Wallachia himself who pose a threat to 30% arc.

Tohno also beat TATARI Red Arc (Aka a TATARI version of an Arcuied that has fully succumbed to her vampiric impulses though it should be noted she isn't as strong as the real Red Arc still impressive given how casually he did it)

Red Arc (TATARI in Act Cadenza) beat post melty blood Arc who got her powers from Roa back (realistically around half of her power) Also not a TATARI the half-power Arc.

Tohno even in his MB form can also seriously contend with TATARI Nrvnqsr who despite being weakened due to being incomplete and also having one person fearing him and also being able to stomp TATARI Red Arc with ease stalemates Tohno (feat for both). In other words, he solidly wastes Akame since Akame has no good feats of blitzing anyone comparable to her let alone anyone who also blitzes the people below like what Tohno does, etc. Therefore, he bodies the mid-waifu coomer bait

His scaling chain is far better then mid waifu akame and ik this because I have read AGK show me a feat of akame blitzing high tiers in her verse with her eyes closed (literally) and then I'll believe you.

From what I remember of Akame they didn't have crazy skill feats. Can you post something that demonstrates something Shiki can do or scales to? I think skill and speed are the two most important things here assuming both OHKO's can interact with the opponents.
