How about SCP-2747?It should be an extremely powerful and dangerous one.I am not so sure how to measure this meta SCP.Do you know how to deal with it?
 
Same way we deal with all reality-fiction interaction. I believe we have a page on that here, but I'm on my phone and it's a hassle to link.
 
After reading the reality-fiction interaction page,I still have a question:the page seems to tell me "ignore all meta stuff",but if I do so,SCP-2747 will not exist because it's totally based on meta...
 
Question, does Ion have feats pre-ascension?
 
Unfortunately he doesnt, pretty much everything before his ascension is undocumented, all that's known was he was a slave
 
Ah, shame. Basically all we have now are profiles that are either too weak or too odd to have matches, or too powerful that finding one is even harder.

It would probably kick Speedwagon and fodder zombie ass and then maybe some other people who don't have high power/hax Stands.

Ability-wise it sounds like a reverse Brain Storm and Purple Haze, but those Stands are more-less weak sauce against it (Except for Purple Haze Distortion but we don't have that page yet). Sadly these are the only people equal to 204-1 AP-wise. I don't recall a regular 8-C defeating a High 8-C, let alone have it be possible.
 
I'm talking about the SCP having a chance against them. From what I read there's a lot of misadvantages for it just from its weaker durability alone.
 
Meanwhile i call dobs on a ton of SCPs. 017, 073, 079, 092, 128, 234, 280, 334, 352, 632, 722, 743, 953, 1012, 1275, 1823, 1936, 1983, 1985, 2117, 2141, 2129, 2202, 2332, 2317, 2440, 2901, and 2925 to be exact :p
