Ngl, Scout kinda gets screwed if he only has his primary stuff. Homing rockets beat out acrobatics. Magnet bombs potentially getting stuck on his guns is an issue. The forcefield stops him from jumping on McQueen and shooting him in the windshield eyes, etc., etc.

Scout now has all his 9-B Equipment
 
p sure scout is just way stronger and overwhelms McQueen with summons and and a hail of bullets. He has way more experience and skill in fighting than the sentient car and he' got a hell of a lot of abilities, including healing in case he does end up getting hit, as well as temporary invulnerability and damage boosts via his colas.

Scout doesn't have his magic here so he can't use summons. While I do agree that scout does have more experience, this McQueen has a lot of experience both fighting and racing other cars who have the same weapons he has.
